The Why

The LLC was created in November 2022 without a written business plan.  I had zero experience owning a business because I’ve worked in corporate my entire career.    For years, I had a burning desire to execute a plan around a vision, a mission, and a passion to help people and organizations grow and thrive including myself.  But I was afraid.

  • Afraid of failure
  • Afraid of being on camera
  • Afraid of judgment
  • Afraid of being poor, again

The list of fears continues.  Thank you, Chelsea Frisbee, for this enlightening conversation back in 2021.

I worked hard in high school and college to never become an entrepreneur.   But if I am to set an example for my sons to not let fear dictate their life decisions, mom needs to at least give it a real try.  And if I should “fail” and end back up wanting my bi-weekly W2 paycheck as an employee in a corporation with all the fringe benefits, I would have learned so much about starting a business, how to manage a business, and self-reflect about my own strengths and weaknesses.

I share this entreprenuerial journey to help other people especially moms like me bloom where we are planted.  I have experienced the isolation and loneliness of working motherhood and I expected solo entrepreneurship to be just as hard as parenting.

My vision is to build a network of people and businesses interested in personal and business growth with kind leadership in mind.   When our mission, goals, and core values align, together, we can go far.
