Our core values

Integrity and Trust

We are built on the foundation of integrity and trust. We believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards and strive to be honest and transparent in our communication. Integrity and trust are non-negotiable.

Commitment to Growth

We are deeply committed to growth and dedicated to continuous improvement as individuals and as an organization. We strive to facilitate change as an opportunity for growth.

Teamwork

We believe in the power of teamwork and cultivating a psychologically safe culture where we collaborate to learn and grow while celebrating our successes in achieving a common goal.

Social Responsibility

We are on a mission to help provide opportunities for the economically disadvantaged and youths in our community. Key initiatives include mentoring and skills training to level the playing field.

Work Hard Play Hard

Reducing burnout is critical to sustainable growth. Doing whatever it takes to exceed expectations should be interspersed with periods of rest to enjoy what we have accomplished.

FCL stands for Feed me, Change me, Love me, which is a baby tracker journal that Phuong created to ease the transition to work from maternity leave in 2009.

With a curiosity about entrepreneurship steeped in watching too many episodes of “Shark Tank”, Phuong released the product as a hobby while working as an engineer in a manufacturing company.

It is the inspiration for FCL Collaborative, a company centered around people working together in pursuit of a common goal.
